What happens when my item is defective?
If your item is defective the definitely we haven't done our job! We offer a 90 days money back guarantee. This includes free shipping on any applicable returns during this period. How long until I receive my item?
All orders take 7-15 days to ship. Please allow 2-4 days of processing time depending on the amount of orders we are currently shipping. And the estimated shipping time sometimes may faster thanks to good weather and not delayed shipping airline.
Do you provide tracking information?
Sure, within 3-5 days after you receive our email of shipping confirmation, we will send you an email with the tracking information, which include the tracking ID and the direct link for you to check easily. We will always make sure to provide it on time!
Do you offer discounts?
From time to time, Ease™ will run free shipping and coupons promotions. To be notified of these and other promotions sign up to our email newsletter. Free shipping promotions and coupon discounts will be applied to your order on the payment page once the valid promotional code is entered.
What is an Priority Insured Shipping?
If you placed your order with an insured shipping, your order will be protected meaning that if your package is not arrived within 45 days, we will be happy to make a full refund without question asked, and we will be also happy to resend/replace another package with the same item in order for free. And you are also on top of our processing queue, means that your order will be processed before others.

Will hard waxing really make my hair grow back less?
Yes! People who wax on a regular basis notice a significant decrease in their hair growth and thickness.

What are the benefits of Waxing vs. Shaving?

The tracking number for my order stopped updating, what happened?
If you’re ordering from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your countries customs department may have decided to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation!
Canada’s customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country’s customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.
Note: If by an unlikely occurrence your order is not released by customs after 60 days, we will send you a replacement or provide you a refund.
